"Our family of 4 (with two boys ages 13 and 11) stayed for 2 nights and overall had a really good experience at Taj Resorts. The location cannot be beat: the Taj East Gate is a pleasant walk to the west and the hotel area is relatively clean and quiet. We thought the breakfast was good and made a lot of use of the rooftop pool. There's a good view of the Taj from the uppermost roof areas. We thought the food from the roof area restaurant was good. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating...

"We have stayed at many hotels but the Grand Mercure may have been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and were willing to assist in any way they could. One of the staff member that stood out to us was Rajneesh, thank you for your assistance. "Excellent location. Hotel was very close to the Taj Mahal and main area of the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was walking distance to TDI shopping centre and one of the famous bakeries of the city called “Gopaldas” Hotel had an in-house restaurant called “Kwality”. It was the best food we had in Agra city. Overall a great experience, would love to visit again when in India next!"
