"We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. We were told by the reception people they don’t work with Expedia/hofels.com. And therefore cannot let us in. This has never happened to me before. Such a big property and they kick us if? I still can’t believe. I’m not struggling to get a refund. The property would not even send a simple message to the booking website. Or to me. Complete...

"Was hassled by their in-house tout to do an expensive guided tour before we even stepped foot inside. Outside door is locked at all times and we had to ask them to open the door each time we wanted to get something from our car. They tried to charge us for parking (it was supposed to be free). They said we could not eat outside food - only eat in their over-priced 'restaurant'. Ad on Hotels.com said there was 4 bars/restaurants (making it sound like a resort). Total fabrication. Bathroom was...

"Very basic services. No alcohol available. 2 small bottles of water even if stayed for a year. You must buy your own. Cannot get any small change for tips. Breakfast vey good. Asked for a quiet room and got on on Main Street 6 lanes and thousands of motorcycles. They changed me but to a smaller room. "

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"After we come back from Chefchaouen, we stay here because we take train to Casablanca tomorrow morning. It takes for 30 seconds to get to the train station from the hotel. Also they have a decent restaurant serving ala carte with wine "

"The breakfast was lovely, fantastic view from the bar and it was very clean and safe. Walking distance from the big shopping Center Carefour.. highly recommended, we had a lovely room 110, which we loved as it with a courtyard and we could relaxed after the busy day sightseeing. "

"Beautiful building. My bed is not entirely clean as i found hair on my bed. Shower area get flooded with water easily and get a bif of small if you leave the toilet door open but overall the property is great."
