"Unable to get into front door of condo. Could not reach anyone with Restivo or Expedia. Rundown condition of overall property. Finally found a guard that knew a special way to work the ill functioning lock on the front door to let us in. I was never able to personally open it. It required a lot of strength and manuvering.
