"Good location, clean room and good size! Smells lovely throughout the hotel, super close to the masjid which is very convenient - just a lift down. The shopping centre is also attached and lovely views of the mosque from the outdoor restaurant. Staff were great and allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier! Only issue is it can be quite busy to get to the foyer via taxi! "

"This was a gem of a hotel! It was our first time booking in Makkah and it was a fantastic location. It was right next to the clock tower to access and the internal lift made such a difference. The stay was so comfortable with shops in such close proximity. Would stay here again "

"I like the staffs at this facility. They are very professional and helpful especially the male staff that helped me checked in the day I arrived, around 1am. He was the manager on duty that morning. Excellent services."
