"This is my fourth visit here. Distance to Haram is very close. I felt the service was not as usual this time due to the rush of Ramadan. There restaurants were full and seating was sometimes not available, and tables and service not upto standard. I would not hesitate to stay here, but would advice to keep the usual standard even if the hotel is full."

"This is my first online review, so I am a bit sad it has to go this way. I was initially excited to get a good deal on a 4 star hotel in Mecca in the middle of Ramadhan. I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the front desk staff did not speak English. I was told to wait till 11:00 AM to get an English speaking rep. I proceeded to go to my room, mind you there are 4 of us (hubby and 2 kids) and the elevator rattled so badly, I thought we were going to get stuck and never see the light of...
