"Grear location in Azizia with hourly buses to Haram during Ramadan, very good restaurants close by. Good price! The Ramadan buffet was really bad they need to improve on this. It was good on 2022 but now the quality is not good. No fresh juices, no shawarna stall and they charge 70 per head. I love this hotel so please improve your Ramadan buffet"

"Alhamdu Lillah I was very happy and satisfied with the service. My room was always clean, I was in room 0124, but I forgot to ask the name of the housekeeper, but he ensured I always had my needs. And the staff was great as well. I really appreciated and thanked the workers/staff members. In sha Allah I wish to come back again. "
