"The room was large which was nice, the bathroom was a little bit old. The staff is very nice and helpful which offset other small inconvenience (breakfast quite poor). For tourism purpose, this hotel might not be the best location since it's quite far from the main sites (muttrah and old muscat)"

Most importantly, though, was the quality of the service. I interacted with three different representatives at the hotel, and all three were excellent and helpful. In fact, one gentleman hailed a cab for me to take to the airport and negotiated a good rate on my behalf. I would definitely recommend the Midan Hotel Suites."
