7.6 out of 10, Good, (1002)
"Really close to old town and botanical garden. Down town and airport is near too. So the location was fantastic. Pls note that the proterty looks like new mexico style building. But when i got there, it didnt feel all that way, because, the surrounding area is only at the edge of old town and it felt like just concrete building standing alone. It is also facing busy street. A bit disappointed. We were able to walk to old town so that was nice. But next time, i may try to stay in downtown ABQ...

"Wonderful, historic grounds with art abound. There is a horse, a goat and chickens. The delicious breakfast included eggs they’d given along with fruit from the grounds., had bacon too. Picked some tomatoes and basil from the small garden. The bed was very comfortable (4 post bed downstairs) and a porch out the back door. The room is part of the historic building, but we heard no others during the stay. Phil and Darlene kept an open communication and were accommodating., would definitely stay...
