"Rooms were kept well clean. We saw them preparing the room even to the small details like one water bottle per person. Included dinner and breakfast was super additional perk. They were able to customize and provide all information for our vegan/vegetarian family! Parking is under the building but tight for even the small car. "

"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "We loved this place- its history, decor, location, staff, everything. Centrally located, be mindful that there are some areas in the city center where you need a special permit and the hotel will register your car so you won’t have any issues. Breakfast was excellent and the service was 10/10."

"Pensión Landazuri felt like a home away from home for me - the family are delightful & so helpful & kind, the adjoining cafe next door was my breakfast haunt every day - great jamon y queso omelette & coffee. The rooftop terrace with view of the Alcazaba was a peaceful place to sit, and I loved all the traditional decorations (tiles, mirrors, plates, vases etc). The location was perfect! I love Granada, & this Pensión is a big part of that!! Thank you ☺️"

"This hotel was in a great location, right across from the Plaza Nuevo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was that the beds were very firm and not comfortable. Otherwise we loved it and would stay there again!"
