"Housekeeping was available only by request. We stayed thee nights and had to make a request for each night of our stay to have the bed made and clean towels provided. The front desk was efficient but not very welcoming. Breakfast was minimal in selection. "

"Wonderful, classic hotel and world-class service. Touring the lobby and adjacent areas is a trip in itself, and the main avenue in Bethlehem is a renewed version of older times. Our room kept its retro charm while being thoroughly updated, and the bellmen were solicitous and also a throwback to an earlier time when service was king. We loved our stay and would gladly stay again if our travels take us back that way."
