"Toilet didn't flush , staff tried to fix instead of changing room . Toilet still didn't work . Bath towel dirty and looked like a dog chewed it . Hot water enough for 1 shower . The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages.
