"Went to the restaurant at the hotel. Staff did not understand cream or cream for coffee. We asked several waiters then the manager … he understood but never brought it. We waited 11/2 hours ( nobody was there they had a separate event on the other side) the food was finally brought out and cold!! We left didn’t eat a bite - told them all the problems and they followed us out through the lobby … I was not going to send the food back to the kitchen after waiting 11/ 2 hours and still no coffee!!! Crazy "

"Hotel is located at good location. 15 minutes journey from the Sabiha Airport. Studio room is a massive room for family. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Not recommended the hotel restaurant as the food is not that great but you have a lot of restaurants in walking distance."
