"I chose the hotel based on a recommendation from a friend. The room was large and modern, but as I turned on the shower, I had phone call and suddenly I see water flowing out from the bathroom and into the bedroom where my clothes for a business function was layed out. Things like this can happen but it was a very unfavorable situation as I was in a rush. I just had to put back on the clothes I was travelling in and leave for the function. As I left for the evening I told the receptionist that...

"Not a bad location. Close to a lot of things for inner city. Was disappointed that the pool and spa were not stated closed on the website. Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay."

"The staff at this location were wonderful and so friendly. We enjoyed the bar, dinner and breakfast option as well as the staff working it. Everyone seemed to love their job and want to do what’s best for the customer. We will definitely stay at this location again our next in Germany. "
