"Room was great! Pillows were not good. They were full of air, which made them very firm. No room service, no ice machines. You have to go to the reception to get ice, but they have to get it from the restaurant. The lines at reception are ALWAYS super long. (Same line to check in for the Spa, as the hotel check in and customer service) overall, amazing property, but lacking in service."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The accommodation was a little bit out of the centre but it was right near a tram stop and in a goid location. We made use of the weekend train and tram ticket which we purchased at the airport and thought it was good value for money and got us to most places. Gerrard was a really nice guy and passed on loads of knowledge about Amsterdam and made us feel very welcome. We would stay there again. "
