"Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"

"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"Pros: Excellent location. Walk from accommodation to the pier to catch the hydrofoil to Capri took us 5min through the elevators (€1). The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alessandro who took the pains to show us where the parking garage was (€18/day) and recommended us great restaurants. They have Netflix!! Cons: The bathroom shower leaked at times and minor flooding occurs. The heater function could be better."

"This Property is in a great location away from the crowds. It’s a quick walk to the Piazza. And less than a 5 minute walk from the Train station. The contact Francisco was very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant on site is reasonably priced and had great service. We would stay again."

"We loved staying here, and immediately fell in love with our host, Grazia. The apartment is quietly tucked a very short walk away from the busy main tourist area, and is within easy walking distance of everything you'd want to see and do in Sorrento. The train station and ferry dock are within easy walking distance as well, so this is a great base point for seeing other attractions in the area, like Pompeii, Herculaneum, Napoli, wineries, and the Amalfi Coast. We look forward to returning!...

"Property was good. Only thing to keep in mind is that like nothing is included, you have to pay for wifi and cellular service sucks. I didn’t buy wifi since I had cell data but the cell service was so slow. These guys should just include wifi for that simple reason. "
