"The rooms are lovely and big but the bathrooms are just so small but the big room makes up for it. the breakfast was very average it needs work on it. But overall a good and convenient place to stay and all staff were fabulous."

"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."
