"It’s huge place but not maintained properly. Therefore it’s not looking very clean and neat ."

"I had book the hotel for my parents. the hotel is nice and clean but when come to service there not NOT PROFESSIONAL 0% VERY POOR SERVICE BOOK THE HOTELS VIA HOTELS.COM BUT THE HOTELS SRT ALPINES KEPT telling my parents that i have not made any payment. we kept calling the managers at the hotel, they barely could speak English. i don't who,s fault was this but the SRT Alpine managers should know how to collect money for these website or a proper channel of communication needs to be established...

"I took two rooms at starlit service apartments. Getting there was a bit of trouble because of bad roads, however the place was very good. The rooms were good, have an owen, television, induction stove, tea/coffee maker, excellent beds. The staff were friendly and easily available for our service. Though a service apartment they were as good a good 4 star hotel. Impressed!"
