"The hotel is located just around the corner from one of the archways to the old town. You will find lots of restaurants just steps away from the hotel entrance. The hotel is in an old building, so there's no elevator. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite spacious as well. A hair dryer was provided which was a plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was one of the most quiet places we stayed during our two weeks travel in France and Switzerland. We didn't hear any...

"This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"

"Not good value for money. Great location, friendly staff but the room is small and cramped and not well maintained. I understand that it’s in an old building in the old part of town but I expected more for the price we paid."
