"Great location. Super clean. However, we didn’t know that our room is on the other side of the building (there are 2 apartments) and had to transfer lift. We had to carry our 4 luggages up/ down the stairs (like 5-6steps) since their wheelchair/ vertical platform lift wasn’t working. Overall, the room was pretty nice and clean."

"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. "This property looks just like the pictures - modern and clean. It is located in the heart of the city - next to cafes, restaurants, stores and a short walk to the train. We used Vixx as a base while we traveled and explored Belgium. The city also had nice pubs and cafes that we really enjoyed!"

"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "
