"A gem of a hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless - and it had such character in the way it was decorated! Stepping out of the hotel to see the beauty of the cathedral right in front of you was a great bonus too."

"The room was good, but please can you please provide bigger garbage can in the rooms. it barely fits a tissue. Separately my fridge was not working at all. Also the TV has very limited channels, a lot of the channels are completely distorted, you can hear but not see anything. The cleaning crew came by on Saturday to clean my room, np but they shut the heat in my room, the weather was very cold . Not acceptable"
