"Staff don’t speak any English- I had issues with the fridge in my room and it was impossible to get somebody to come have a look. The restaurant is more like a school canteen, although the food is tasty. The whole place is in a desperate need of a refurb, although the onsen is beautiful and the views are scenic. "
