The room was clean and well kept. The separated bathroom was clean but it smelled so bad of urine filled in the room I guess hidden urine from commode permeates all over.

The hallway carpet has too many stains and needs cleaning. The room was small, no enough ventilation. The stay was alright until a male staff member refused to assist us with calling a taxi after we checked out. As foreign tourists without a phone to call and without speaking Japanese, it was a great challenge for us and we needed the taxi to catch a train. We ended up walking to the nearest train station to take a taxi. We were very disappointed with the customer service of this staff.

This hotel is very close to the Aomori station, the Nebuta Museum, the Aomori Gyosai Centre, etc. There are also lots of dining options around. The facilities are clean and there are coin laundry machines available.

comfortable stay
our favourite hotel this trip with a gigantic toilet and humidifier provided in the room. spacious enough for 2 luggages. great view out the window. relatively cheap coin washer and dryer. really appreciated the charger provided inroom.

Right in the town center, this hotel is super convenient. The room is spotless and has a nice bathtub for extra comfort. Breakfast is a good mix of healthy options, giving you a great kickstart. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, perfect for all you foodies out there.

The room was cozy with enough electrical outlets. The bath tub is enough for a hot bath after shower. The Aomori station was less than a 5-minute walk, and lots of restaurants were close by.
