"Older motel that has been newly remodeled. The rooms are modern colors with tasteful updating such as new beds, new composite floors, new furniture and fully remodeled bathrooms. The showers have new ceramic tiles, instead of less expensive plastic enclosures. Our room was very quiet and squeaky clean. You get value for your money here. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."

"Be careful not to miss it on the road - that said, once you turn in from 390, the place is unassuming but highly hospitable. The room we stayed in met all our needs - including a kitchen nook equipped with cooking needs and plates and silverware. We were in the midst of 90-degree days, but the air conditioning worked just fine. There were ample clean towels provided and the owner/proprietor was very eager to assure a smooth check in and that all our needs were met. We would definitely stay...
