"We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams! The best part was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly even when they had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room. They also surprised my boyfriend (and me) with a chocolate cake dessert with a candle for his birthday and all gathered around and sang "Happy Birthday" to him. The room was very nice with plenty of space and probably the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel I've been in this year (and I stay at lots of hotels). ...

"Front desk staff were amazing! Location was OK and quite, a short taxi ride to the Plaza de Armas. Room was extremely cold and though there was heating options, that came at an extra cost. WiFi was free, but wasn't available in our room. "

The second room we got didn't have plumbing leaks, but the toilet didn't flush. The bed was comfy and the room wasn't bad. Due to illness, we had to stay in the room all day for one day and it was super noisy due to the church/college across the street. "
