"Absolutely amazing experience. We had a small issue and it was taken cared off immediately. Very professional, response time was impecable, very clean, the very few times we encountered the dtaff they were very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit smaller than i expected, but the heart of the place overwhelmed us with joy and made feel at home. I enjoyed making small meals and loved every moment. Parking was always available and free. "

"There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

"Nicely presented unit style property Rooms overlooking the river are very relaxing the kitchen is well equipped with appliances however cooking equipment must be hired from the reception presumably that includes plates and silver . Washing machine and laundry are included in the bathroom with shower and bathtub and seperate basin . Toilet is seperate room . Very quiet you can hear the porcelain clock chiming from around the corner. Excellent accommodation 5 minutes from the station and bus stop....

"Good self-contained property. There was only a tiny saucepan (in a house that caters for up to 6 people) when we checked in. We contacted the agent, and while it took a bit of negotiation, they organised someone to deliver a bigger saucepan the next day - so top marks for their responsiveness. Imari (and the nearby Okawachiyama Village) is charming, and we used it as a base to explore Hirado. "

"We had a great time here, I would highly recommend it to other foreigners. The owner’s instructions to find the location were also very helpful. The location is in a rural area, so that’s a nice change from city living. We had no problems using the many facilities and features within this big traditional Japanese house, very clean and tidy too."
