"The property was in a preferred location. Fit and finish could be in line for an update as there was wear in carpet, furniture, and doors. The staff was excellent!"

"Bridget at the front desk is top notch. Super friendly and informative. The bellman was so accomodating and helpful. I think his name was Ryan. The only complaint is the cleanliness. Our walls and baseboards were filthy. There was a huge dried coffee still on walls under office desk and other various areas on wall that need to be wiped down. The baseboards super dusty. Other than that everything is top notch and I will be back. "

"This is a must stay on your list if you like history, elegance and the occasional ghost tour. The staff is amazing. The crescent hotel is dark academia. Super clean and comfortable with all of the charm of a hotel built in the late 1800s."
