"This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum. I stayed there for the MotoGP race weekend, and they basically tripled their rate and then cut the "all-inclusive" that is advertised all over the hotel down to a bed and breakfast service. "Most of the employers were friendly and helpful. Night shift was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Restaurant staff provided great service. It was called , but there are no portable heaters . Swimming pool and spa , but no robes or slippers in the rooms and not available upon request. That was disappointing. Good location. Quiet , safe . Easy parking. Good food choices . Some front desk gals could use attitude adjustment. "
