"Overall, it was a good stay and I have stayed there before so it was a surprise when I asked the front desk receptionist for an extra hour after checkout time and she said no. I have never had a hotel deny a customer an extra hour before so it was a new experience, nonetheless, I understand that there may have been constraints with an extra hour and I didn't know the impact of that ask. "Drury Inns & Suites has become my favorite hotel chain. Room was clean & updated. Bathroom had a barn door! Shower had a hand held showerhead! Full breakfast and dinner free! Food was delicious. Airport is right there! Very pleased with my stay."

"I would have given the property 5 stars because the staff members were excellent- very nice and helpful. And the location of the hotel was great. Close to everything. However the property is being renovated and half the time the elevators were not working. The water was out one day and the pool was closed We were not warned ahead of time that the property was under construction."
