We recently stayed at Adina. The property was clean and quiet and our room was roomy and comfortable. Additionally, the water pressure was great and lighting was ample in all the rooms. However, there is room for improvement. A few items that would have improved our experience: - The dryer in our room was not useable. It didn't dry at all. - The TV wouldn't connect to the rooom wifi, which disabled all streaming options. - The shower door did not fully close, so water seeped out during our showers. - The living room rug and overall floors, probably could have used a vaccuming/sweeping. - More care should be given to refilling soaps/lotions/etc in showers & bathrooms

Perfect location for spark arena, we stayed here for Disney on ice. Everything about this place was awesome, only downside was not being able to book parking in advance. We got there right at 3pm to check in and there was no parking available so had to park at the arena carpark.

A very good Apartment Hotel with excellent staff. In a convenient part of Auckland City, with good dining options within walking distance. Directly opposite the Spark Arena (not the purpose of my stay though). I will certainly stay here again.

Elevators weren’t working properly, manager I extremely rude, the room was not ready and we waited 2.5 hours in adina hotel car park which I was charged $45 for, and I was then told that because a cigarette packet was left in the rubbish bin that I must have been smoking in the small room equipped with smoke alarms that were not set off, and subsiquently charged $300 dollars for a cleaning fee!! The room was dirty and musty smelling on arrival like it had not been opened up in awhile. Bar tender in the lobby was very nice though.
