The staff at this facility are the best! Whatever you need they can make it happen. The staff are the most courteous and customer focused.The breakfast had a varied menu all 4 days we were there and the food was delicious, probably the best we have ever had in all of our travels. It was a pleasure staying there and we will return since many of our relatives live there. Thank you!!!

This Hotel is well located close to the highway. However, it is very quiet and has shopping close by with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast is good and the staff, as always are very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was damp and the carpet felt wet - there clearly has been no upgrades in a very long time. There were extreme water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the shower curtain. In addition - the smell (I assume mold due to the dampness) was horrible. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great!

For the price, the hotel was not clean. We found ants in our room. Very outdated rooms. The door didn't feel safe and sturdy, it was shaking as people walked by.

What can I say? The coffee maker didn't work and when I tried to watch MSNBC and CNN I got a message on the screen that said "No or Poor Connection". The electronic key system was outdated and extremely sensitive. Twice I had to return to the desk to get the keys recharged. So I was not a happy camper. Owner needs to spend some time whipping this place into shape. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. I'm a Best Western member so this makes me sad.
