"The apartment was perfect for our needs - spotlessly clean, full kitchen, and two bathrooms, which is so handy with four people. The beds were firm and the pillows were very good quality. We loved the secure basement parking, quiet complex, clean and fast lifts. There's a large shopping centre across the road. "Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"The property is nice and modern and well-styled. However, the key problem for us was the adjacent construction site, which we were not told about. We were woken early by machines and beeping each day and the balcony was covered in dust. Also the unit needed a good maintenance check, as when we arrived there were a number of advertised items missing and a broken dining table and chair. "

"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"

"Would highly recommend a stay in this well appointed unit and would stay again. Quiet and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lounge is rather tired and not the most comfortable. This is the only negative thing we would comment on. Parking is easy. The communication to enter the unit was not good. We were repeatedly told to watch the U Tube video but not given the No. of the apartment. Once sorted all was fine. Great shower and well appointed kitchen. Convenient to great restaurants...

"An excellent location within walking distance to good food options. The apartment is in top condition and all necessary amenities are provided. Especially appreciated being able to do washing for longer stays. Great view from the lovely little balcony. My only slight improvement would be a softer bed, but that is personal preference."
