"The staff and management team were amazing! We had a red eye flight and arrived to the hotel at 8 AM. The manager in charge said check in was as at 4 PM but he would do his best to try and get us a room ASAP. Well by 10:45 AM we had keys to our room and that showed me the team here really cared. "The staff were very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The location on Newbury Street was amazing and we always felt very safe. Parking is a challenge behind the guest house but we just parked the car and walked everwhere as it was very easy. We would atay again for sure. "
