We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. "The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!"
