"Great location. Short walk to Metro station. Right in the heart of old Lisbon. Staff were great. Our room was stylish, the bed comfy, and the kitchenette a nice bonus. The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. Note to future guests: if you arrive back at your hotel late at night, please be respective of the other guests by keeping your voices low and not letting doors slam. Thank you."

"I booked this property for my trip to Lisbon. The only thing that is good about this property is the location. Everything else is really bad. This property is centrally located but it is a very old property. Right from the entrance of the property all the rooms smell of Pigeon poop. I complained to reception about it and they seem to be aware of this and offered me a room on a different floor but you just can't get rid of the pigeon poop smell.
