"We had the best time at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabo’s. The staff here were all superb, super friendly and helpful all around. Down at the Lyric Pool we loved our servers Ruben, Manuel and Alberto! They kept the drinks flowing and made sure we had everything we needed at the pool- new towels, shade and the best chairs at the pool. We will definitely be coming back! "

"It was my first time at an all-inclusive and it was very nice. I think the only thing IIt was my first time at an all-inclusive and it was very nice. I think the only thing I wish was a little bit different was that they had a heated pool. Granted, I know it’s warm, but the hot tub should be hot and the pool should be warm. But the people were really great oh elevators if you have a handicap I don’t know if they have rooms on a ground floor without stairs. So you might want to ask before booking."
