"The hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and views were incredible. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was great and the "cliff" restaurant was top notch. Only complaint would be lack of available parking. Other than that really really great property."

BEST HOTEL WE’VE EVER STAYED IN!

"ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, we would go again in a heartbeat! Best hotel for service and facilities. I’d like to see some free exercise yoga pilates classes offered in the Spa rather than paying for them. The treatments are pricey too but rest of Spa was wonderful! Esp the hidden cave hot tub that we found on last day! Such a pleasure to chat to the staff and they were not at all stuffy. As an avid birdwatcher the botanical gardens were to die for! New species at every turn as well as the flowers, plants & bonsai trees - workshop on these bonsai’s & flower arranging were brilliant :-) "

"The Director and the other executive staff were very professional, polite And friendly!! The food was delicious. We were very impressed with their positive attitude. We stayed in for three weeks. it was our second time in Silken Hotel . Tenerife. We hardly recommend it to everyone!!"
