Very nice property. Rooms were a good size and beds were very comfortable. Walkable to downtown and shops. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would like to have seen the on site restaraunt open for breakfast. Would definately stay here again.

It’s okay but for the price, there’s better. Stayed in a loft suite (3 queen beds), if you have more than 2 adults and 2 kids, they charge an extra person fee. Very steep stairs to the loft and very squeaky bed (for no fun reasons) in the loft.

I liked how there was parking space although limited, at least they have it. It was also close to the bus stop which made it convenient if we decide to just take the bus instead of walking. The hot tub was also nice! Staff were very attentive to our needs also.

Nice quiet 3 star hotel. Needs something done with the small restaurant….mainly just pizza. Hotel heating is loud enough to wake you up…really needs an upgrade. Otherwise, the hotel is situated with all other hotels in Banff and the city buss system will get you in and out of shopping area and to other tourist sites such as a Banff Gondola, Lake Louise etc.
