"In one word, our stay at this fabulous hotel was AMAZING. The hotel is in pristine condition and located in a great section of Barcelona. The service is excellent, the rooms are large, clean, modern, and offer wonderful amenities. The hotel also has excellent restaurant and bar choices. I highly recommend this property."

"Not everything is bad but they have an attitude problem at times. The kitchen is under equipped (no stove) and it sounds like a hell of a demand to get a decent size plate or a knine to cut food. They told me they could not provide because it's in the washing machine, so they say because, I didn't see a knife the previous day either."

"This was not a place we would recommend. If this was in the US we would have cancelled and moved on in a heartbeat. Hotels.com should not place their reputation on the line with 100 plus year privately owned apartments like this."
