"Beautiful, traditional hotel with very attentive staff, exceptional food & great position within Champoluc for ski lifts (5 mins walk). Needed feather pillows & duvet in room which staff sorted out immediately. Every night (part of half board) we were given an exceptional 4 course dinner. "The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution.
