Arriving to hotel the staff were immediately helpful and so friendly, even got to check in early. We met Giancarlo the owner who gave us a detailed tour of the hotel and his collection of antiques that are all over the hotel — so fun to meander and explore with such a unique wonderful host. "Decent hotel, very friendly staff. Not alot within walking distance except 1 nice restaurant. Only complaint was bed was as firm as i have ever experienced. I ached like i had slept on the floor. Oversized firm pillows disnt help. Asked and recieved extra pillows that werent so firm which helped, but it wasnt good sleeping for either of us. I feel bad saying as the staff was so great"
