"Everything is great except the bad smell that comes from the street behind the hotel. Smells like garbage in the early morning, so if your room has a window towards that direction I don't recommend opening the window, just keep the a/c on."

"My family and I have not delighted the breakfast because we went to my mother house every morning to visit her. So I can’t evaluate the breakfast. But the apartment was very clean and the staff has support me a lot mainly in the check in process. Something went wrong with my expedia itinerary that was showing as canceled. So I do recommend this place."

"Chamar de checkin antecipado a opção de pagar para chegar horas antes no hotel, não confere, pois quarto só é liberado próximo ao horário de checkin, sugiro mudar para o nome Day-use, pois pode usar o espaço pagando antecipado. Vc chega recebe um número de controle na comanda, que não funciona, fomos abordados diversas vezes conferindo o nome de quem estava a reserva, uma situação desagradável.
