"The staff was incredible! Activities and entertainment were scheduled all day long. Beautiful rooms. Property was beautiful. I didn't like the drinks much. Although the food was better than any other all-inclusive I've visited, a couple of the sit down restaurants could have been better."

"Good property with lots to do. We stayed at the Ambar, adults only, and it was very nice with good restaurants nearby. We were in Villa 60 and Maria, guest concierge, was phenomenal. She made our trip easy and comfortable! "

"The staff at the facility were great. The property is very clean and well kept. The food was great. The pools were exceptional, very relaxing vacation. The only thing negative about the stay was there were issues with the elevators being serviced. Also, the Amstar staff that booked the excursions were a little pushy."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
