"The staff was great. Hotel was clean, and the vibe of the place was awesome. Definitely fitting for Miami Beach. The rooms are pretty small, so just keep that in mind. But if you don’t plan on being in the hotel room a lot, that doesn’t matter too much. Driving or parking anywhere down there is impossible! "This is a self service property which is fine as long as you are prepared for it (towels etc are in your room but if you would like restock or extras there is a station on the floor with supplies). Our toilet wasn’t working when we initially arrived but the hotel staff were very responsive and fixed the issue within minutes of us calling. The hotel was clean and located in a fun neighborhood with lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance. "
