"Lack of necessities at times (paper towels, soap, etc.), and the bed had hair from the previous tenant. All TV channels require log-ins, which a foreign traveler may not have access to."

"This was a really great corner apartment that matches the pics and was fully stocked. Comfortable and safe. Check in was super easy. Views of downtown were incredible. Didn’t get to check out the lounge and gym maybe next time. Wifi was on point. Loved my time here. "

"The room was nice, one of the bedrooms was much smaller than expected with only glass sliding doors. Other than that is was nice and clean. The instructions were poorly communicated at best and the tv was not in working order. "

"I would much rather stay at Regal suites then a hotel from now on. Regal suites has huge apartments with tons of space and different rooms with doors and privacy. and the view and balcony is amazing. loved everything about it."

"The apartment itself was great and very comfortable - views were amazing and location very convenient. The only issue we had was that it was not as clean as we would have liked (very dusty) and the BBQ would have required a serious clean if it was to be used."

"We went down for the ccmas and stayed here there was a mix up with maids and we had to get ready in the dirty room so we were ready for the concert the maid wasnt there till 5 we check in at 2, then we left and for got a straightener there and they wont send it to us even cod. Overall the place was nice but the way it was run was horrible and will never stay there again or recommend it."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - it's a scam. Tried to contact the owner but the number had been disconnected, turned up and there was no way to access the property and I had to book on at a new place. Seems like this has happened to others according the reviews. This listing needs to be taken down."

"Overall experience was disappointing. A/C was not connected, TV not working, the on duty personnel who met us was friendly but non-responsive when we showed the TV wasn't picking up the signal. He only asked if it would be a deal breaker for one night. We said no because didn't want to go looking for a hotel. Coffee was provided with sugar only, no creamers. Overall, the stay was a 3/5 at best considering the price. Will not repeat. "
