Great "stop off" for me and family on way back to UK from skiing trip. Very close to motorway so very easy to find. Had family room (for 4). Room was decent size, beds comfy. Breakfast was very good and included in room price so made it a good value stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property if you have a car
The hotel is clean and the staff is really friendly. Great breakfast. But, don’t stay here if you don’t have transportation. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from town/train station. Beaune has very few taxis and often none are available.

About 2km from the city center. I like walking so for me this was a plus. The hotel is generally nice. I am very sensitive to machine/engine sound and even though it is very faint I wasn't able to sleep well due to the background sound of the central cooling system (there is a centralized system outside the building). Otherwise a good hotel.

Great value stay overall
Enjoyed our stay at Novotel. Friendly staff, great clean and comfortable facilities. The only negatives were that that the shower gel dispenser in the shower did not work, and the Wine Please restaurant is over priced for what you receive for dinner and breakfast. The gym, pool, games and quiet room were a nice touch.

Great option in Beaune!
This hotel is located 1 mile from the Beaune city center, and it was an easy walk. The accommodation was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. No frills, but very solid overall, and the restaurant was very good.

Good location, nice decor, good choice for one night stay. Staffs are ok, didn’t give much information upon checking. For one night stay, they’ve taken 300 euro as a security deposit, which seems very high to me, comparing with other similar price hotels and most of them don’t ask for security deposit.

Mediocre stay
There was zero soundproofing in the hotel, we could hear doors slamming from about 8pm onwards and again starting early at 5-6am. I really had a bad sleep at this hotel. The toilet is in a separate room from the bath/shower (which is fine and happens a lot in French hotels I've been in), however there was no sink in this room - you had to go all the way from the toilet into the bathroom to use the sink, this was some real poor planning... The restaurant was alright but not the best one hotel I've eaten at, although service was extremely quick from ordering the main course but slower to order desert/get the bill The biggest benefit from this hotel was the breakfast, it was amazing - especially the waffles which was a surprise bonus as most hotel buffets don't have this.

This hotel is situated outside Beaune more a short drive than a walk. It is modern and the staff are friendly and effective. The restaurant and breakfast provide ample options.
