"Staff kept the interior clean and orderly considering the exterior of the building being under renovation. Road to facility was awful to traverse. The night time manager was courteous, helpful, and pleasant to converse with. There were issues with television service, continuously showing error message while watching. No microwave in the rooms."

"Room was clean and comfortable. We asked for adjoining rooms when we made the reservation to fit the six of us. Without us asking the gentleman at the desk upgraded one of our rooms to a suite in order to accommodate the request which was perfect. In my experience most hotels simply ignore these booking requests.
