"The host - a consummate professional - he knows what he is doing. The house and pool were cleaned to a professional level in advance of our arrival. Customer service couldn't have been better. We shorted an appliance somehow and the host fixed it while we were out - in less than an hour - and apologized to us for the inconvenience. His commitment reminded me of the professionalism at Ritz Carlton hotels."

"Our stay was delightful. They were the only place in the city who accepted a reservation with a some what large dog and even helped me make the reservation since I was having a hard time. They checked me in at 11am so that me and the pup wouldnt have to wonder after a long drive. Our room had coffee and tea along with milk and cookies in the fridge. The Studios themselves are quite spacious and they all come with a kitchen, which is good for people like me who can't eat everything. Downstairs...

"The communication was great and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was easy. However, as soon as we entered the room, the floor smelled like urine. It was clearly soiled. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink. "Tottaly value for money. A great located hostel with great staff. The room is basic but totally was enogh for me. There is even a nice pool. It is clean with house cleaning everyday service and any needed infirmation or extra requests - the tram is super nice and friendly. Thank you very mucn. "

"Very bad experience. First we arrived no reservation because I booked with expedia for f it was Booking will be easier that what they said. Second dirty Hotel. Third very important we have to walk 5 min outside the hotel to another hotel to have breakfast wait for it, When we arrived and get in to the food room they came to us u don’t have reservations after we start eating, their is no connection between both hotels .
