"Pros: the property is smack bang in the centre of everything in Santiago, every touristic point you want to see is walking distance, the hosts are friendly and happy to do their best to resolve any problem you might have. Cons: it is an old building, it has problems, a bit of mould, I had a problem with a water leak coming from the apartment above, internet is an important point for me, I had about 4 hours outage, speed is ok, not awesome. Overall, still recommend this property."

"Not Pleased with experience we were assured that it was air cond, the expedia operator assures us that it was air cind. Unable to contact expedia for refund or change of apartment.. TV was not connected we had to ring everyday for access to TV and internet. Air fan was filthy, Iron board was crocked and iron was dangerous wires espoused, no stand for baggage. No shower holding rail for elderly or disable peoples. Toilet seat was loose."

"This isn't really a hotel for tourists especially if you speak no Spanish. It is geared to intermediate term rentals to people in town temporarily, say for work assignment. There are limited hotel services. Sheets and towels are changed every three days. However, it is in a very good location, near a great restaurant district and walking distance to the main plaza of town. The suite is comfortable and includes a small kitchen. You can stock it at the nearby grocery store."

"On check in we realised the wifi and tv didn’t work and the room didn’t have any towels or toilet paper. We had to argue with the check in to give us towels and toilet paper. The internet and TV was cut off by the provider because the owner didn’t pay the account. It took 3 days to get that connected. The apartment was also not very clean. We have now found 3 months later an employee has used our credit card for $900 of transactions. A report has been filed and will be forwarded to local...
