"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Rydges as we were going to a wedding on the Saturday afternoon The room was clean and a good size. "The Hunter Valley Mercure is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. The service on the other hand is less than desirable. Our room was not made over a 2 day stay and the only thing reception said was "there was a lot of check-out this morning, and it must has been missed" They did offer to do it now but didn't really insist when I said it'll be fine. "We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable. The bed was big and very good. We had a very good view at the back and nice to sit there for a drink. The furniture could be a bit upgraded but was ok. Very nice breakfast every morning and one night we had a meal at the pub. And that was quite good although a bit pricey for what it was. We enjoyed our stay very much. Probably come back another time."
