"This hotel was really nice and family friendly. They have food options for kids and adults. I loved that the hotel had a shuttle bus that could take us to universal studios. I also loved how close it was to many other things to do. We were even able to get the local bus to go places. The only thing that was a long wait was the check-in time. But I think that’s because it was spring break time. Otherwise, it was great time and I definitely want to go back!"

"Lovely hotel, pleasant staff member checked us in, ensuring we understood everything and giving us the opportunity to ask any questions (something we were grateful for as First-timers at Orlando and found generally lacking at Universal compared to our previous week visiting Disney) Only gripe is we paid for a room for 5ppl but the 5th bed wasn't automatically supplied and instead had to be requested with an additional fee of $35. I am not sure where the fifth sleeper is expected to sleep but...
