"I was in Seattle for a conference and this hotel worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel was well situated. Downtown Seattle definitely feels grittier since I was here a number of years ago but the hotel itself felt safe and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. There is no pool so it may not be exciting for families but it was great for my purposes. "

"It’s very close to the monorail and a walkable distance from everything I wanted to go to. I do not recommend the food in their cafe, but there is a cafe across the street that’s very good and has a cozy cafe vibe. The water in the shower only got lukewarm on the 2nd day. I like the games they have set up in the lobby. Most employees are 5 stars."

"The only thing better than the hotel itself is the stellar staff. We went for our honeymoon and every single person working there made us feel special. The room was beautiful with a great view. The heat works great for thise cold rainy Seattle days. The hot tub is very hot and the pool is nice and warm. The restaurant had excellent battenders and servers and a solid french onion soup. "The property was awesome! I want what ever pillows they had because they were soooo soft. But there was not microwave in our room so we were eating our leftovers cold. At least there was a fridge! "
